Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account portal and may vary by payment method and player tier. VIP players under the Black Diamond programme may be eligible for elevated deposit limits at spa09's discretion.
Deposits via e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your account instantaneously or within a few minutes. FPX and online banking transfers may take up to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain.
All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. spa09 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder and to close accounts where third-party funding is detected.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Standard daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account portal. Players enrolled in the Black Diamond VIP programme may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. spa09 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.
spa09 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is pending or incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms; (c) the relevant payment method is temporarily unavailable; or (d) required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by spa09 are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
spa09 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts; using low-variance betting strategies designed to systematically extract bonus value; exploiting errors in bonus configurations; or any other conduct determined by spa09 to constitute bad-faith engagement with promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, spa09 reserves the right to void relevant bonus, withold associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any amounts paid out in connection with the abuse.
All wagers placed on the spa09 platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting applicable to the relevant game type or sports market. These rules are accessible within the Platform and form part of this Agreement.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game, market, player tier, and other factors.
spa09 reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) a palpable error in odds, pricing, or configuration has occurred; (b) the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular market activity; or (d) the wager was placed in breach of these Terms.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other international events — are subject to the spa09 Sportsbook Rules, available within the platform. In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled on the basis of available real-time data, and spa09's determination shall be final.
In addition to the prohibited uses described in Section 5, the following specific conduct is expressly forbidden on the spa09 platform:
spa09 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the player's account has been involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or unlawful activity; or (d) it is otherwise required to do so by law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting spa09 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed subject to completion of any pending transactions, withdrawal of any available Real Money Balance, and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds. Funds remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be forfeited.
An account is considered dormant if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. spa09 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts as specified in the applicable fee schedule displayed within the Platform, and to close dormant accounts following prior written notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any platform content without the express prior written consent of spa09.
spa09's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
